What this service is

We collect accounts from members of the public who believe they became unwell after eating out, and we pass on a neutral notice to a restaurant when more than one person independently reports it. We are not a public health authority, we conduct no investigation, and we make no finding about any business.

What we ask of you

Report only visits you personally made. Describe what you experienced as accurately as you can. Do not file a report about a competitor, a business you have a dispute with, or a place you did not eat at. Reports are verified by email precisely so that this kind of misuse can be traced.

Nothing here is a diagnosis

Symptoms can begin hours or days after a meal and have many causes. Nothing on this site tells you what made you unwell. Seek medical advice if you need it.

Nothing here is published

We do not publish reports, rankings, lists or maps, and we do not intend to start. If that ever changes, it will not apply retrospectively to reports already filed.

If you are a restaurant

A notice from us is not an accusation and carries no legal weight. You are welcome to respond, and we will record your response alongside the reports. If you believe reports about you are malicious, tell us and we will look at them again.

Removal

You may withdraw your own report at any time by contacting us from the email address you used.
